To meet customer demands, in 2010, An Viet invested in an entirely mordern machinery system. The production process is streamlined following these steps:
1. Kiln Dry Process: The drying process (Kiln Dried) with specific heating system is a process in order to reduce the moisture content on the wood about 8 to 10%. It can minimize the risk of being broken and warped wood
2. Spliting and Cutting Process: Once the lumber is dried, this stage is sawed and otherwise machined into the shape of the final furniture parts by the modern machine system: rough mowers, 4 side planer, Thermal Bonding Machine, Cold seamer, Lipso machine (Ripsaw machine) ...
3. Planing and drilling process: At this process, the wood stock moves through wide belt machine, cutting machines, tubi, CNC drilling ... the furniture pieces are been drill and mortiser to get contruction.
4. Assembling Process: Furniture made of irregularly shaped components are assembled according to the designs. Then transferred to the next stage, sanding.
5. Sanding Process: The products are refined once again, fix any errors arising from previous process by sanding machines.
6. Finishing Process: This is a very important step to get the finishing of the products follows customers requirements. Every details are finished by a modern painting line.
7. Assembling Finishing: At this stage, all the remaining details of the furniture are carefully assembled to form a complete product.
8. Packing process: Standard packaging is implemented or in accordance with the customer’s specifications to ensure the preservation of the quality of the products when shipped. Kinds of packing also depend on customer packing standard, to ensure product protection until reaching at customer
9. Finally, packages are stored while waiting for shipment.
