Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance to be paid after the goods are ready and upon receipt of the copy shipping documents (including B/L, invoice, packing list, etc.).
Do you have a Quality Control (QC) team in Vietnam or use a third-party inspection service?
We have our own in-house Quality Control (QC) team based in Vietnam to ensure all products meet international standards. Additionally, we can cooperate with third-party inspection services upon customer request.
Do you require a factory audit?
We welcome and encourage factory audits. Customers or their appointed agents are invited to conduct audits at our manufacturing facilities to verify our production capacity, quality standards, and compliance procedures.
How do you pack the furniture for export?
Our packaging follows internal grades 1A to 6B, categorized by product type, protection level, and shipment requirements
