Since 2010, our production process has continuously evolved with modern technology while maintaining the traditional values of integrity and quality.
1. Kiln Drying
All timber materials are carefully kiln-dried to a moisture level of 8–10%. This essential step prevents warping, cracking, and ensures long-term durability for every product.
2. Precision Cutting
Using advanced planers, ripsaws, and crosscut machines, we cut wood components with high accuracy to achieve consistent dimensions and minimize waste.
3. Planing & CNC Drilling
Our CNC systems perform accurate planing and drilling to guarantee precise fitting and consistent structure for each design.
4. Assembly
Each component is assembled according to detailed design specifications under skilled supervision, ensuring strength, stability, and perfect alignment.
5. Sanding
Surfaces are thoroughly sanded to remove imperfections and achieve a smooth, flawless texture, ready for the finishing process.
6. Finishing
With modern painting and coating lines, we deliver high-quality finishes — from natural wood tones to complex color requirements — all meeting strict customer standards.
7. Final Assembly & Inspection
Every product is fully assembled, tested, and inspected to confirm that it meets both An Viet’s quality benchmarks and customer expectations before delivery.
8. Packaging
To protect and maintain quality, products are packed in either standard or customized packaging options. Available types: 1A, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, 6A, and 6B.
9. Storage & Shipment
Finished goods are stored in a clean, organized warehouse, ensuring each order is kept in perfect condition before shipment to our international partners.
